Frequently asked questions
How does per-unit pricing work?
You pay a base rate per property unit managed. Each plan has a minimum monthly fee. For example, on the Starter plan at R15 per unit, managing 20 units costs R300/month (above the R199 minimum).
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you manage up to 5 units at no cost forever. Paid plans include a trial period so you can test all features before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and EFT via Paystack. Annual billing is available for all paid plans at a discounted rate.
What happens if I exceed my unit limit?
You will need to upgrade to a higher plan to add more units. Existing units will continue to work normally.
Do you offer custom Enterprise pricing?
Yes. Enterprise plans are customised for large property management operations. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote.
